Protect and Seal is a quick dry, slip resistant, penetrating sealer that protects concrete and terrazzo floors against wear, stains, grease and extraneous moisture. It prevents efflorescence or blooming, and is highly resistant to scratching, abrasions and impact.

Protect and Seal penetrates deeply into the surface, enabling strong adhesion between the aggregate and cementations material. Dries to an attractive stain gloss.

Covers approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface. 2-3 coats are recommended. Full cure in 5-8 hours.
