RISK OF LOSS
Shipment of all items purchased from Jam Flooring is made pursuant to purchase and shipping documents that may specify passage of title and risk of loss. This usually means that the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will assist you in making a claim but cannot be responsible for loss in transit.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will be sent to you the first time you order one of our products via the mail. You will receive a new MSDS for a product if the formula changes and you repurchase the product. You can have the MSDS sent with the product when shipped to you by simply requesting it. The information contained in an MSDS is based on data considered accurate in light of current formulation. However, no warranty is expressed or implied regarding the accuracy of this data or the results to be obtained from the use thereof. Jam Flooring assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage caused by the use, storage, or disposal of the products in a manner not recommended on the product label. Users assume all risks associated with such off-label use, storage, or disposal of the product.
